CONDITION: New, never used items.  Items are 3D printed with high quality material and top of the range FDM printers.  Slight visual variations due to 3D printing process are normal.  Please refer to the pictures on the website for a closer look. 

SPECIAL ORDERS: We can make as many as you need - the only limitation is the time it takes to print - please contact us directly for orders over the inventory limit. 

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE: We inspect every item before shipping but if it ever happens that you receive a product that has defects in material or workmanship, we will replace it.  Should you want to return the product for any other reason within 14 days after receiving your purchase, we will refund in full, including local US sales tax and the original shipping cost (USA only) after the product is received back from the buyer, excluding the return shipping which is the responsibility of the buyer.  Contact us if you have any questions or issue and give us an opportunity to respond or resolve the issue as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

GOVERNING LAW: The Courts of the State of Florida, United State of America, will be solely competent for the resolution of any dispute concerning this Agreement that could not be solved amicably.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: import custom duties, handling fees and taxes are not included in the item and shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Depending on your country, they can add up to a 50% price increase.  We recommend that you check the official border protection website of your home country. Import taxes do tend to be high in Europe which is why we have a distributor selling on BrickLink under 4DBrix Europe, they have already taken care of VAT and other import charges.

All packages are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Services).  After passing through customs the packages are transferred to your local national postal services.  If import taxes and fees are due, they will need to be paid before the package can be handed over.  Depending on the system in your country, this can be done at delivery or has to be done at the local post office.  Payment of the import taxes and /or pick up of the package at the location where those taxes are due is the responsibility of the buyer.  As taxes and import fees are paid to local authorities they cannot be refunded by 4DBrix in case of a return.

We use HS Code  9503.00 (reduced size model) and actual descriptions (we will not misrepresent the price nor the content) to export our products. We cannot impact custom delays or fees. Please include your phone number as it is a requirement of the US Postal Services.
