DESCRIPTION

These are our curved switches for RC/PF LEGO® train tracks. They are very handy to build compact layouts as you can move your switches to the curved sections of the track. By doing that you can use the full length of the straight sections for platforms, cargo terminals, etc.

• The curved switches are designed to fit with standard LEGO® curved tracks; they split the track into two curves.
  
• They are modular, they consist of 2 track parts. The first part is a standard split track that can be used to build different types of switches. the second part is a divergent track that is designed to create the curved switches.
  
• They come in a left-turn and right-turn variant.
  
• Due to the modular design, the position of the ground throw can be fully customized.
  
• By combining a left-turn and right-turn curved switch you can build curved single crossovers for 8 studs spaced tracks.
  

All our switches have a spring mechanism so trains can pass even if the switch is not in the 'correct' position. They have a LEGO® style ground throw so they will blend in seamlessly with your other switches. As all our train tracks, these switches are fully anti-studded so you can mount them onto base plates or ballast them. The switches are also fully compatible with our track switch motors, so they can easily be motorized.

DIMENSIONS

The curved switches are designed to be fully compatible with the LEGO® grid. They fit into standard R40 curves; the inner line requires 2 and the outer line requires 3 standard curves to complete a 90 degree turn. The curved switches split the main line into two separate lines that are separated by an 8 stud wide gap at the end of the turn.

Dark Bluish Gray; our train tracks are made in the same gray as the RC/PF train track.
